Attorney John Graff is a former police officer who served as a state certified sexual assault investigator and received advanced training from the FBI in the profiling of serial sexual criminals. John advises colleges and universities across the country on a number of areas unique to higher education, including regulatory compliance, institutional policies and handbooks, campus law enforcement, public safety operations. John also specializes in preparing schools for Title IX & Clery Program compliance reviews and representing them before the U.S. Department of Education.
